1 in 8 women in the US develops breast cancer in their lifetime – 1 every 2 minutes. Breast cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer death in women – 42,000 women and 500 men die from it every year. 30% of new cancer diagnoses will be breast cancer. On this October 13th Breast Cancer Awareness Day, let’s put our hearts and minds together to support all women who are fighting this terrible disease.
